Double room available in Redland

Hi!

My name’s Amy and I’m looking for a flatmate to share this 2-bedroom top floor flat in Redland. The flat is in a great location, only a few minutes away from the Downs and close to Whiteladies Road. There is also a nice shared garden and bike shed. On street parking is available and all bills are roughly £200 each a month.

The room is unfurnished but white goods are provided and the living room is furnished. The available room is a good-sized double and has a great view over Bristol.

I’m 30 and I work in fundraising for a charity. I work mainly from home so after work and on weekends I enjoy getting out and about exploring Bristol, going on hikes, running, playing netball and going to yoga classes. Aside from sport, I love cooking, reading and travelling to explore new places.

I’m looking for a flatmate who ideally has some shared interests and would be happy to socialise in the flat (potentially with a glass of wine or two!), whilst also respecting each other’s space. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy so I'd like to live with someone who will also want to keep the shared rooms looking nice.
