Heya,
I am leaving the country therefore I am looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely flat near Clifton Downs. The flat is very spacious with a large shared living room.
The flat is also close to multiple shops and all the bustle of Whiteladies Road.
As the room is unfurnished but I am leaving the country I am ideally looking for someone to take over the furnishing as well, it is all fairly new IKEA stuff bought 2.5 years ago for around 800£, willing to let it go for half that at 400£. If you are interested we could also talk about me leaving the workstation setup but that is not mandatory.
You would be living with Kate who is 27 and works in HR (wfh 2 days a week).
