Looking for someone to take over my housemates room in a lovely two bed flat in Redland, that gets lots of natural light. We’ve had no issues throughout the whole tenancy.
It’s 5mins from Clifton down station/big Sainsburys.
The flat is fully furnished and the room comes with all furniture aside from the chest of drawers.
There is a desk in the living room which is perfect for WFH.
Bills come to around £190 per month. The contract is monthly rolling.
I’m a physio at the BRI, so spend most of the day not in the flat. I’ve lived in Bristol for 4 years and enjoy going to the gym/runs/getting cosy in the evenings after a busy day (😍)!! Looking for someone who is respectful, clean and tidy!
