Room in Redland - Flexible terms

A bright and spacious first-floor flat located in the heart of Redland, between Cotham Hill and Redland Station. The flat features high ceilings and generous communal spaces, including a large lounge/dining area, separate kitchen, and a shared family bathroom.

The available room is a good size and currently furnished with a single bed, though a double can be arranged depending on your needs. There's lots of storage space including wardrobe, two sets of draws and a desk (bike will be removed). Permit for on street parking available at additional cost.

I'm a professional working in affordable housing and occasionally work from home. Outside of work, I’m into running, cycling, cooking, art, and going to live music events.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle -professional, considerate, and easy to live with. Most of all, someone who respects the shared space and wants the flat to feel like a calm, comfortable home.

I'm looking for relatively flexible terms at the moment with a stay of 1-6 months and then onto a rolling basis.
