Redland - Double Room in professional flat

Hi all !

We are Callum (26) and Florian (31). Our flatmate Hamish recently left, and we are looking for someone friendly to fill the spare room.

The flat is furnished, the living room is quite large, and we have the luxury of having two bathrooms (Florian and I share, so whoever moves in will have their own bathroom). The street is pretty quiet, there is on street parking with a permit. We live a few minutes’ walk from the Downs and Redland station, and about 30 min by foot from the centre.

Florian and I are quite easy to live with, we are often quite busy in the weeks, but looking for someone approachable we can hang out with. We appreciate the place to be tidy and clean, but we are not overly strict about it. We are looking for a like-minded individual, bonus points if you like sport in particular, but we are open to most people really :)

The rent per person is £750/month, bills + council tax amount between £100-150/month (depending on heating etc). The room is already free, and recently fixed up by the landlord, and we need someone by 1 April so would love someone to move in ASAP!

Hamish owns all the the stuff left in the room and can offer a bed / other furniture, which can be discussed with him closer to moving time.
