Spacious Double Room in great Redland area

Hi! :) We are looking for someone to fill in a really big double room in a lovely flat in Redland.

The flat is just off Whiteladies Rd, so an ideal location. The flat and the rooms are furnished, there is a big shares living room, a bathroom and a kitchen to share between 3. Both rooms are spacious and have good lighting.
You will be living with me :) a 27 yo Spanish guy working in football. I love sports, an eventual trip to the pub and always up for a cool plan. You’ll also be sharing with another 28yo Spanish girl (don’t worry, we speak English 😅).
We’d be looking to share the flat with likeminded people who are sociable, clean and friendly :)

The rent is £700 plus bills, which come around 140/170 a month (including council tax). There is on-street parking and the area is Mon-Fri 9-5 so if you work during those hours you won’t even need a permit.
