We are looking for a new housemate to join our friendly home!

This is a very cosy double bedroom with an excellent view overlooking the city. The room comes with a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space, making it both practical and homely. The property is located closest to Westbury Park near Waitrose and is less than a 10 minute walk to Whiteladies Road.

The house is currently shared with four other lovely girls- Ramona and Jo are both studying post-grad at the university of Bristol, and Ellen and Megan, are working professionals. The girls are all similar in age ranging from 22-24.

This is a friendly and respectful household where everyone gets along. The ideal tenant is someone who is:
- Clean & tidy;
- Considerate and not too loud;
- Sociable and chatty.

The Property has 2 bathrooms, which you will share with the upstairs girls so there is no waiting around in the mornings!

Rent is £700 PCM (please note that this does not include Bills or broadband)

The tenancy runs to and including the 30 June 2026. The ideal tenant would be someone available to move in from 7 or 8 March 2026 and stay until the end of the tenancy aforementioned. Unfortunately, short term lets will not be considered.
