Double Room Available in Lovely House in Redland

Hey!

We’re Abbie, Georgia and Gemma and we’re looking for a new person to move into the extra room as our current housemate is sadly leaving to move in with her partner.

We want someone that will move in and be part of our little family. We love hanging out, watching tv in the evenings, and going out for walks/road trips/dinner, but also respect each other’s space.

Hobbies of ours include photography, running, tennis, swimming, road trips, walking/hiking, travel, and more!

We like to keep the house clean and tidy so someone who is tidy and organised is a must. We’ve also got quite a big back garden and small front garden which we want to keep relatively neat.

THE ROOM:
It’s a huge room, the biggest in the house, with plenty of natural light in the day and facing the garden. Plenty of space for a desk, or even a sofa! You’ll be sharing a bathroom with all of us and we have a toilet downstairs.

THE HOUSE:
It’s a three storey end of terrace house.
On the bottom floor we’ve got a living room, toilet, and separate kitchen that leads through to a utility and then a door leading to the back garden (a very nice sized garden with an apple tree!)
There’s 4 rooms and an office which one of the girls uses as she WFH sometimes during the week.

LOCATION:
The house is close to the Big Tesco and Waitrose in Henleaze, and only 10 minute walk to The Downs (ideal in summer). It’s a very quiet and family-friendly road (no students around here!!) with street parking. We’re not too far from Gloucester Road so perfect for shopping, going out for dinner, or drinks. City centre is about a 50 minute walk.

Bills around £120 each month (will vary on season though)
No pets allowed, but we love animals!
Professionals only, no students and no couples
Ideally long term stay
Move in date to be around 15th April or later
