Light and bright furnished double room available from 6 March in peaceful cul‑de‑sac in Redland.

The room has a comfy double bed, plenty of storage, large desk and chair, and a lovely outlook over the green back garden with distant views.

The bathroom is shared. You’re welcome to use the kitchen (with your own storage space) and enjoy the garden, which is a really lovely, tropical leafy space in summer. We also have extra loft and shed storage space if useful.

The neighbourhood is calm and friendly, with Redland Park and handy local shops (amazing Italian deli) just a short stroll away.

Parking available on the street (no permits needed).

It would suit a working professional looking for a relaxed, comfortable home.

You’d be sharing with me (and when he’s back from travel abroad in May - my friendly 18‑year‑old son). We also have a cat (Koko). My partner lives nearby in her own place. The house is generally quiet and easygoing.

I work mostly from home, with some time in London weekly, and occasionally away for longer periods.
