Double Bedroom in Redland

I am moving out of my lovely bedroom in Redland in April and am looking for someone to take over. The flat is a 10 min walk away from Gloucester Road and 15 minute walk to Whiteladies Road.

The room is unfurnished but I’m willing to leave some of the furniture if needed. There is also a built in wardrobe which is really handy!

You’ll be living with 2 other girls who are amazing, and who have really made the flat their home. We have 2 bathrooms which is a blessing! And we have a large lounge/diner that’s separate from the kitchen which is great as we love to sit and chat in an evening but also respect each others down time.

Both of the other girls you would be living with are surveyors who have been living in Bristol for nearly 2 years. They are 23 and 24, so we’re looking for someone who is a similar age!

The contract is until September, but the girls both want to extend and stay here so there will be the option for you to do this if wanting too on a rolling month basis.

The rent comes out on the 6th of every month, so would ideally like someone to take over the contract from the 6th May, but am flexible if this needs to be the week leading up to this!
