Top Floor Flat Durdham Park

We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our top floor flat.

You will be joining 2x professional gals. We are into running and sports, nature, food, coffee, pub trips etc etc! We prefer a more quiet, clean and calm space - so not looking to be a party flat and would like someone who contributes to keeping the space clean and tidy.

We both work from home regularly from our rooms. The available room is the smallest and would likely be difficult to fit a desk so may not be best for someone also wishing to work from home regularly.

You will be sharing a bathroom with one housemate, and the other has their own en suite.

The flat is not far from the Downs, Whiteladies Road, and a 15 min walk to nearby Waitrose.

There is reasonable street parking although as both housemates drive, a car driver would need to take the 3rd car permit.

We are council tax band C. Wifi is included in the rent. The remainder of the bills come to approx £138pp.

Room will include bed, chest of drawers and a shelving unit.

We are aiming to arrange viewings for w/c 6th April.
