Medium Redland Double

Medium sized double available 13th May with viewings planned Thursday 30th April, in the evening.

The house is a good size with a large open plan kitchen, three bathrooms, garden and a storage room for bikes etc. The room's a medium sized double, which comes fully furnished with a large cupboard for storage. Street parking is also available.

Rent includes all bills and a weekly cleaner.

Housemates are mostly young professionals and are relaxed and clean. It's not a party house but we all get on and like to do drinks, cinema, board games and other stuff together.

We rent the rooms from the agency individually so you'd need to go through referencing with them. They've given some info on this:
• Must have no County court judgements against them or a bad credit rating
• Must earn over 21k
• Holding deposit of 1 weeks rent (£161) held while referencing takes place, this comes off the actual deposit when moving in
• Tenancy will be assured periodic tenancy in line with new renters rights bill. No maximum limit applied

Just for some background the landlord used to fill the rooms but we started to find people ourselves and pass details on to them for approval. The agency now handles the running of the house house so they'll need to do referencing before you can move in.

Other housemates are Rowan (24), Jake (24), Megan (27) and Zoe (28) with varied interests between us all.
