Hello!
I am a languages teacher with a spare room when my grown up children aren't here :) Monday to Friday. Would suit academic / professional visiting Bristol or wishing to commute. Would consider theatre professionals for short term runs / visitors to Bristol.
The flat is close to the Downs so lots of green space on the doorstep but also near cafés, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. 20 min walk to Clifton Down or Redland train stations. 5 mins to bus to the centre. 20 mins walk to BBC, 30 mins to University of Bristol.
The room is cosy and quiet, overlooking gardens and is very private with its own en suite bathroom. There is a big desk (although I would prefer someone who doesn't intend to work from home) a kettle, TV and good Wifi in the room & I am happy to share the kitchen for cooking.
Washing machine available.
Free parking available on nearby streets.
