Hi, I’m Grace and I’m looking for a friendly, sociable flatmate to share my 2-bed flat in Redland

The room is available from 19th May, with rent at £950 per month (excluding bills). Bills (council tax – band C, electric, gas, water, and broadband) usually come to around £175 per person, per month. The minimum tenancy is 12 months.

The flat is on a quiet residential street, just a 10-minute walk from Whiteladies Road, and comes with a dedicated parking space.

I’m ideally looking for someone who enjoys a chat, sharing the occasional meal, or hanging out in the evenings – more of a home than just a place to sleep. At the same time, it’s important that you’re respectful of the space and mindful of noise, especially later at night.
