Cosy, clean, fully furnished room in five bedroom house to share with myself, my partner. My two grown up children live in London now, coming back occasionally for weekends.
The bedroom is bright and cosy, with plenty of storage space and it has a small double bed.
As bills have gone up considerably recently, I am asking for a contribution of £150 a month. This will include gas and electricity, council taxes, water and wifi. Washing machine and dish washer are also available. There is a TV with Freeview connection in the room. There is a cleaner coming regularly to clean all the common areas of the house and for a small extra fee you could ask her to clean your room as well.
The house is located in a quiet residential road in Westbury Park, not far from The Downs and Whiteladies Road. There are regular and frequent buses into town day and evening. The house is just two minutes walk from Waitrose and local shops and cafes. A big Tesco is also within 15 minutes walk.
I require only three weeks deposit and I possibly prefer female, non smoker and professional. I prefer no students for the reason that they will leave in June, the worst time of the year to find a new lodger.
