Previous tenants have been on short term work contracts or placements at the University/hospital, or relocating and needing temporary accommodation prior to finding their own flat. Bedroom 2 which is available, is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, side table, drawers, desk and chair. Large window overlooking the garden. The main bathroom is shared by the 2 lodgers.
All bills are included and use of the dining room, sitting room and well-equipped kitchen. Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There is a lovely garden to sit in and enjoy (when the weather allows!) All you'll need is your personal things. Tenants are welcomed into a warm and friendly home by the owner (who lives there too,)
