We have a double bedroom with en-suite that is available from mid August in this relatively new 6 bedroom house share that was completed in 2023.

All bedrooms have their own private bathroom or en-suite, and are fully furnished with modern furniture.

Tenants are all Working Professionals and are a mix of males and females in their 20's and early 30's

This house is perfectly located for working professionals within a short distance to Southmead Hospital as well as Airbus in Filton and other local businesses

All bills, WI-FI and regular cleaner for communal are included in the rent.
