Double bedroom next to North Street

A double bedroom available in a newly refurbished 3 bed house. Located just off of North Street, close to the city centre and amenities. I work in the architecture field and have been doing work to the house and Charles is in market research. We are looking for a relaxed and respectful professional to share the house with.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and two chests of drawers. There is a small garden where come summertime I plan to sunbathe if the gods decide to bless us with another hot summer and have some BBQs!

I have a doggo who is now 4 and I am actively working on his training. Due to my dog we won't be considering another dog, but accommodations can be made for other/ smaller pets :)
