Two Double bedrooms next to North Street

My two current housemates (couple) are moving to their newly purchased flat so I am looking to find two new awesome individuals to share the house with.

The house is a newly refurbished 3 bed house on a lovely street with an amazing community of neighbours. Located just off of North Street, close to the city centre and amenities. I work in the architecture field and have been doing work to the house and have a fake border collie doggo called Tilki who's main hobby is sock stealing and protecting the house from those pesky delivery drivers! We are looking for relaxed and respectful professionals to share the house with.

The rooms come fully furnished and share a bathroom on the first floor, while doggo and me have the loft to ourselves. There is a small garden where come summertime I plan to sunbathe if the gods decide to bless us with another hot summer and have some BBQs!

I have an allotment so if there's any green fingered pros out there to give advice and fancy some dirt time, definitely give me a shout!

Due to my dog I won't be considering another dog so have indicated no pets, but accommodations can be made for other/ smaller pets :)
