Double Bedroom In Southville Houseshare April 5th

Spacious double bedroom available in 4-person house share in Southville, Bristol, starting on April 5th.

Based just off North Street, around the corner from ALDI & Tobacco Factory. Decent kitchen (brand new oven, stove, dishwasher), spacious living room & we have a garden shared with our neighbours. No permit required to park in our area.

You’ll be sharing with Natalie 28 (Youth Justice), Gabe, 29 (Music) and Pawel, 40 (Chef). We’re a really chill house that enjoys doing things together but is also respectful of each other’s space. We like gigs, pubs etc. so always up for hanging out together.

We’re looking for someone who is social, also likes their own space, is tidy and doesn’t mind joining the cleaning rota. We walk dogs and share the garden with Sunny the Labrador from next door, so being animal friendly is a must!

Rent is £475 a month before bills, roughly £580 altogether. We’ll be starting a new contract on April 5th for 3 months, then rolling afterwards.

Myself and Pawel have lived here for 6 years, and ideally looking for someone to stick around for a while rather than short term lets, but no expectations of course as life happens!
