Hello potential new housemate!

We currently have a room available in our 4-bed houseshare as our housemate Jonny is moving in with his gf (awwww).

It's a really nice location, about 2 mins from North St at the Tobacco Factory end and 15min walk to Wapping Wharf and into the city centre.

Current tenants are Lucy, Hazel and George. Lucy likes gardening, swimming, D&D, padelboard and gigs. Hazel likes video games, theatre and baking. George loves a pub quiz, playing tennis and a fancy brunch.

Who we're after:
We're looking for someone who is considerate, clean and looking for a home with a chill vibe.

The boring but necessary:
The room comes UNFURNISHED
Room is available to move in to on 19th May 2025 with tenancy starting May 20th.
The property is managed through a letting agency who will require references.
Bills come to about max. £100 on top of rent and we manage them between us.

Deposit of 1 months rent.

On-street parking permit available to buy and free parking on other side of north street too.
