There is use of the rear lounge for evenings with a large wall TV with Sky, Netflix etc. Great Wi-Fi all over house. The lounge room leads out to the garden. Beautiful kitchen and diner available. Large shared bathroom. This home is kept very clean and tidy and a relaxing space to live. (There is a cleaning rota in place). Friendly community and lovely neighbours. In a quiet street close to North Street cafe, shops, theatres and bars. A pleasure to live in this area. 20 min walk to centre or Train station. If you work in TV it’s a 10 mins drive to Bottle Yard Studios, 30 min walk to BBC. Get in touch if you’d like a viewing.
