Female wanted for friendly houseshare/double room

Hi everyone!

We’re looking to for another woman to join our four bed house share. The house is just off North Street in Southville and is walking distance from the harbourside/central Bristol. We’re close to Aldi and everything else North Street has to offer.

We’re looking for someone aged 26 – 36. Sorry, no couples or pets.

We’re all aged from 27-31 and work 9-5. We like karaoke, drinks in the garden, the pub, festivals, eating out, movies, cooking for each other occasionally, reality tv, Bristol summer, the list goes on…

The house is fairly quiet during the week but we like to hang out as well as do our own thing. We’re looking for someone who is friendly and sociable who wants to be a part of our home. Bonus points if you can save our house plants - our plant mum is sadly leaving!

We have a bin rota and like to keep the house clean so you’d need to be on board with that too.

The room is an unfurnished double on the ground floor. It has wooden floorboards and looks onto part of the garden. It’s £581.25 a month with bills on top (which right now are around £108). We need someone by 15 June.

We have a decent sized garden, one bathroom, a modern kitchen and a cosy living room.
