If you are looking for a great house in a great location then look no further than our house just off North St in Southville!

We are currently a house of 3 professionals looking for our 4th housemate to join us in late June/Start of July. The house consists of Jon, Rosalie, and Elena. We are currently on a tenancy due for renewal in October 2024.

We all have varied jobs and lifestyles with WFH and shifts, but manage to get together for the occasional pint or social. Therefore we are on the search for someone that can join our extended family.

We are looking for someone who's chilled, tidy, and respectful and ideally no smokers or users of drugs. Our party household days are long gone!!!

The house has been undergoing some renovation work which will be finished in October 2024.

At present all in the price is approximately £505 including bills which will run from 4th July 2024- 3rd October 2024

*From October 2024 - October 2025 the Rent inc bills will be £695* Per Month
