4 bed house but will only be 2 living here so we can have separate spaces at times, socialise at others.

20 min walk to central Bristol.

The house is undergoing renovations hence the cheaper rent.
It's mainly cosmetic, painting and carpets/flooring.

Would suit someone looking to move to the area and needing a short term base for example, or someone here for work Mon-Fri.

Occasional guests welcome and spare room likely available for non-partners to stay. Relaxed vibe. Cats welcome.
