Looking for someone to take over a bright double room in a lovely 2 bed flat. The room is rear facing with a view over a garden (although no access to garden!). The flat has a spacious kitchen diner with big bay windows in south Bristol.

Such a gorgeous space, great landlords and lovely neighbours. It’s walking distance both to the centre and north street !

Ideally looking for a working professional aged 25 - 35. Preferably someone who is sociable, tidy and likes to live in a nice space, who’s open to hanging out in the house but also respects each others space.

You will be sharing with a 28 year old girl who works in sales. She’s relatively new to Bristol, and ideally is looking to live with someone with similar interests that will make the house feel friendly.

The living room will be furnished as it is, whilst the bedroom you will have to furnish (I’m open to an arrangement on the bed frame)

Parking is permit nearby, but I park 10 mins walk away where it is free.
