En-suite double in family home in Southville

Large loft conversion double bedroom with own adjacent bathroom, available from 25 October 2024.

This is our family home; we are a family of three; my husband and I and our two and a half year old daughter. We also have two cats.

The room is our recently converted loft conversion. It has built in wardrobes and air conditioning with its own bathroom and super fast broadband. The bed is king-sized with a new mattress.

The bathroom is also new and includes a large shower and vanity unit with storage.

The room and bathroom are on their own separate floor, away from the family. There is excellent insulation and sound-proofing.

For shared areas - our kitchen is well-equipped with a Sage coffee maker, American style fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The living room has a comfy sofa and Sky TV.

My husband and I work from home around two or three days per week. We are both professionals, working in the legal sector (we each have a separate study).

We are looking for a mature, tidy professional, ideally for a minimum of three months or more. We’d prefer someone who works outside of home, but would consider someone working on a hybrid basis from home no more than 2 days per week.

The house is a two minute walk from North Street with its array of shops and restaurants. It is a 10 minute walk to Wapping Wharf and 30 minute walk into Bristol centre.

Bills are included, including a weekly cleaner.
