Hi, we're Brambles, Matt and Izzy.
We've got one room available in a 4 bed house share in Southville/Bedminster. The room is a decent sized double and comes unfurnished. Though there is an option to have the room furnished if wanted. Space on the drive for a car too.
There's a good sized lounge, with plenty of seating, and we all enjoy spending time in there. The kitchen joins on, and is semi open-plan, making it even more spacious.
It's a stone's throw from North St, East St, Dean Lane, and The Corrie. Plus it's just over the water from Wapping Wharf. Plenty going on, but hidden enough to be quiet.
Rent is £675 per month, and we expect bills to be around £100-120.
We're ideally looking for someone in their late 20's or early to mid 30's. We're all chilled and easy-going people and want a nice homely vibe in the house.
