New housemate needed for nice house share. Ideally we are looking for a female housemate to provide some gender balance but will consider all candidates.

Two existing housemates Henry and Harry live in the house with a further part-time housemate James who rents an office. James works in there from Monday to Friday 9-5. Henry is employed as an Ecologist and Harry works in planning.

The room available is large and is supplied with a bed, wardrobe and bookshelf. It is a double room with garden views on the first floor and has ample floorspace.

The house itself could do with updating in places but it is a good size and well located. We do our best to look after it, keeping it a clean and pleasant place to call home. The house features a shared living room, dining room/pantry, small kitchen and a shared bathroom. It also has a good sized front and back garden. Most white goods and modern conveniences are supplied (TV, washing machine, dish washer, oven, microwave, central heating etc)

We are a friendly bunch who enjoy socialising with each other from time to time but lead separate lives. We are looking for a sociable, friendly and considerate housemate.
