We’re looking for someone to join us in our Southville home for a short to medium stay.

The room’s a good size, cosy and bright.
It comes furnished with a bed - single that pulls out into a double, desk, clothing rail and small chest of drawers, but there’s space to bring your own bits.

We’re just off North Street, minutes from the Tobacco Factory and within walking distance to town.
There’s also a private garden

You’d be sharing with two of us (32 & 39) plus our three resident animals: two indoor cats and a very friendly dog. So it’s a must that you’re properly animal-friendly. We’re not asking you to take them to vet appointments, but regular strokes and a bit of affection are very much part of the deal.

We’re chilled, sociable, and past our heavy partying days — more into fitness (running, skating, walking), film nights, TV quizzes and the odd sports event.

We both work from home, but we’re often in and out or up in London, so the house has a good balance of activity and quiet time.

We’re still fairly new to Bristol (around 10 months in), so still getting to know the city.

Ideally, we’re after someone who’s friendly, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. No pressure to be best mates, but up for a chat and a bit of shared living.
