It is close to all transport networks and less than 10 minute walk from city centre. Parks and green areas close by, 1 minute away from the popular area of North Street, local shops and major supermarkets on doorstep.
I love pet's, especially dogs but must be fully house trained. Not suitable for cats though because of location to busy roads.
Shared kitchen, large lounge, bathroom and toilet. I have a washing machine but there is also a laundry facility available downstairs. Parking available on request and can use my garage when I'm not there. Bicycle can be stored in apartment.
Although not obsessive about housework, I do like to keep a tidy home and am looking for someone similar. I live a calm, peaceful and mindful life but am friendly and open minded. You do your life, I do mine, providing two-way respect. Many thanks.
