Room Available off North Street! 🌼

Hi! We are on the lookout for our next housemate. We have a first floor double room available just off the amazing North St, close walking distance to town, supermarkets and lovely bars.

ROOM AVAILABLE - 1st March (potentially later if required)

At the moment we are a house of 4 girls (24-33) who all work throughout the week. One of our housemates has bought a house so we are on the lookout for our next fourth member! We are an easy bunch who try to hang out when we have the chance but are also respectful of each others space.

The room comes furnished with a double bed & large double wardrobe. The room faces the garden so it’s super safe & quiet. As well, we have a large kitchen, cosy lounge, power shower, downstairs toilet & nice garden out the back. The area is lovely and we all love living here.

The details:
£475 a month for the room.
£150 into our joint house account for bills each month.
On moving in you’ll need to pay a deposit of £325.
Council Tax Band B
Parking is available on our street with a permit.
