Me and my friend are moving out of our lovely house in Southville, and are looking for 2 people to replace us!
The 2 rooms available are a large double bedroom, sharing a bathroom with 2 other housemates, and a large on suite bedroom on the top floor.
You would be living with 2 boys, in their mid twenties, both work 9-5 as engineers.
The household is outdoorsy (enjoys hiking and climbing and all things similar), and are looking for someone with similar interests who are friendly and sociable, but also enjoy their own company!
The location is just off of north street so a great location, really close to a super market (Aldi), a local gym, and all the other lovely restaurants, cafes and pubs north street has to offer.
The house is tidy, with a large kitchen, dining room, and living room - we are looking for something who values keeping the space tidy and respectful.
Just an FYI there is a deposit of 5 weeks rent per room, SpareRoom just won’t let me add it for some reason!!!
