Cosy bedroom available in Southville Home.
I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in my 2 bed house in Southville Bristol. I currently live with my housemate Lydia, we love sitting around watching films, cooking and going for the occasional pint, but also sometimes just like to spend time by ourselves, so a super social person is not a must, but someone with a nice, chill vibe would be good.
The house is situated 5 minute walk from a ginormous Asda, a great cheap pub and a 10 minute walk from the centre of Bristol and the Harbourside. It also comes with a double driveway free to use.
The room has a huge window and a large built in wardrobe. If you would like to I can leave my bed frame and mattress but can also get rid of them if needs be! The living space is open plan with lots of storage and the house has 2 bathrooms.
The Council Tax band is band B
I’m looking for someone to take over the room ASAP with ideally the 1st of March being the beginning of the tenancy.
