We are looking for a housemate to move into our 4 bed house in southville - just off north street!

The house has a large kitchen, a dining room and a living room and a shared bathroom.

The bedroom available is a huge bedroom on the 3rd floor, with an en-suite and good views of Bristol.

You would be living with 2 boys (both engineers working 9-5) and a girl (also working 9-5). The house enjoys climbing, hiking, and all things similar! We also enjoy socializing, games nights and enjoy hanging out together but also our own space!

We are looking for someone who is a similar vibe, who is also respectful of the space and keeps it tidy.

The location is 1 min walk from north street, with great pubs, cafes, charity shops, restaurants and Aldi!

Looking for something to move in from the 22nd march, there is also a 5 week deposit required.

The rent is £725 a month, and bills usually come to around £100 a month inc council tax (varying in summer and winter).

Tenant MUST be earning £21800 to pass the tenancy requirements, no students, and able to provide references if need be!
