A lovely, well-priced room in a beautiful area with everything you need right on your doorstep supermarkets, a gym, cafés, and restaurants, all within walking distance.

The House & Room
The room is a spacious downstairs bedroom with a bright bay window. It’s located near the front door and kitchen, so there can be a bit of morning movement it would suit someone who’s an early riser or tends to be up and out in the mornings. There’s also a handy downstairs toilet nearby.

The house is well-equipped with:
• Two large fridge freezers
• Shared study space
• Tumble dryer
• Dishwasher (a big win in a house share!)

Who You’ll Be Living With
You’ll be sharing with three friendly, professional women:
• Belle (36) – Enjoys singing, theatre, gigs, cycling, hiking, and reading
• Ruth (34) – Loves travel, hiking, and cooking
• Ele (29) – Easygoing and creative, enjoys films, being outdoors, staying active, and going to gigs and galleries

We also have a very friendly (and very cute!) indoor cat, so it’s important you’re an animal lover. She may wander into your room if the door is left open.

The Household Vibe
We’re looking to maintain an all female household and would love someone who enjoys a warm, sociable environment. It’s the kind of home where we might share the occasional meal, chat in the kitchen, or watch something together, while still respecting each other’s space.

It’s not a party house, but we do enjoy having friends over for dinner from time to time and heading out to gigs or events. During the week, things are generally more relaxed.

Bills
Approximately £135 per month, we all take on a bill each then sort between us for equality.
