Hey, I'm Holly, and I recently moved into this house, but have lived in Bristol for the past 2.5 years. I am looking for someone to rent the second bedroom (preferably a female) for 6 months. I am looking for someone to move in roughly the end of May/start of June until the end of Nov/start of December, however, I can be flexible in terms of dates.
All bills are included in the rent amount.
The room is fully furnished. If you wanted to work from home in the room, you would need to bring your own desk.
The house is in a great location, right by Wapping Wharf and North St and about a 30 min walk into town.
Parking on the road requires a permit between 9am Monday - 5pm Saturday. Ideally it would be easier not to have a car but if you do have one, happy to discuss how this would work.
I'm clean and tidy and I'm looking for someone who is the same way. I am sociable and always up for a pub trip/activity but am often busy seeing friends too.
