Double with bathroom & office available short term

Hi, I have a room available on a short term basis in my home in lovely St Anne's, on a quiet cul-de-sac right by the river. I am in the process of moving to Devon and have started work there so my time will be split between there and Bristol for a few months which means you'd have the house to yourself a lot of the time. When I'm there I'll be with my rescue pup Billie, an energetic collie x spaniel.

The house has just sold and my current housemate has found somewhere to move into from April. I can guarantee the room for two months, after that it will depend on how quickly the sale moves, so would suit someone in-between places or to use as a base while looking for something longer term.

The room is a small double with wardrobe with lots of other storage available, including a garage. You would also have use of the main bathroom and the third bedroom which is set up as an office in case you work from home.
