Two double rooms available in my new house!

Two double rooms available to rent for up to a year in my new house. I have just finished decorating and have begun fitting some more homely items - lots of scope to make it a cosy and pleasant space. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a lovely area of Stoke Bishop, just round the corner from the local shops. Close to the downs, Henleaze and Whiteladies Road.

There is a lounge, a rear reception room, a spacious kitchen and an upstairs bathroom. The garden is large and flat and will be a nice space in the spring. I've only just begun to move in so the house will become more cosy and homely, especially with some housemates!

There's gas central heating, double glazing upstairs and bills are included. There's on-street parking available and a space in the drive too. There are also two nice pubs very close by and plenty more within a short drive.

I'm looking for two professionals (either separately or looking as a pair, I don't mind) who are in their 20s, are working and have fun, active lives.

I'm quite easy with the house being decorated and livened up as it's been empty for a while and needs some love.

To tell you about me: My name is Tom and I grew up in the area. I work quite a lot and I like to keep myself busy in my free time too - usually by playing football, meeting mates/cousins and going out with my family on the weekends. I'm a friendly guy, easy to get on with and I'm looking for the same sort of person.

Something to note is I'll probably be staying over only two/three days a week so you'll have the house mostly to yourself.
