Key Living provides Bristol’s highest standard houseshares. All our homes are refurbished to the highest specification, and then rented exclusively to likeminded young professional — all of whom go through our interview and selection process.

Banksy House is a beautiful 3 storey, 5 bedroom, Victoria townhouse in an amazing location. The house was extensively refurbished top-to-bottom in 2022. We have a beautiful light & airy girls bedroom becoming available on the 1st April, where the existing housemates James, Sean, Polly & Noor are excited to welcome the new housemate into the group!

The viewings are hosted by the housemates, so you’ll have a great opportunity to get to know each other without the awkwardness of a letting agent being there.

What is Key Living?
Key Living is a members-only social club as well as a provider of beautiful spaces in which to live. For our members, we take away the stress and the administration of renting, affording you more time to focus on your career and enjoying all the city has to offer.

Our houses combine stylish bedrooms with modern communal spaces. Members pay one monthly bill for everything, this includes rent, all bills and taxes, a cleaner and all shared items; from toilet paper to washing up liquid.

We understand that moving into a shared house, your biggest concern is who you will be living with. Members are interviewed to ensure we are grouping likeminded, driven and sociable individuals into our homes; we aim for our members to become close friends, not just housemates.
