The double room is a good size with a comfortable bed and lots of light. It has a wardrobe, desk, bed, table and cupboard and access to cosy shared spaces and there is storage in the garage. This is a quirky home with an unusual layout and plenty of colorful charm.

It is in a central location near the Wells Road on the edge of Totterdown. So it's an easy walk, cycle or bus journey into the centre or to Temple Meads Station

It"s nearby to Arnos Vale and two parks, so has easy access to green spaces and nature, as well as being near to cafes, bars, a deli and a few shops. There's also a good community feel and lovely neighbours.

I'm Emily, I'm a learning and development manager, I work from home a few days a week and am in the office a couple too. I'm sociable and like to be out seeing friends and family and tend to go away every six weeks or so.

I'm hoping to find someone friendly and easy going who can create a harmonious and happy home with. I enjoy cooking and hope we can share meals a couple of nights a week.

I'm in the process of adopting a cat so I'll be settling him in for a couple of weeks before the room is free.
I eat meat occasionally but am respectful to people who don't, so could talk about what would work for you if you are vegetarian.

There is a small garden which is overflowing with plants and a huge bath.

You'll find plenty of off street parking and fairly quiet streets.

If you'd like the room from Monday to Friday only for a short term let. it would be £550 a month.
