A double room is currently available in Totterdown BS4

The house consists of two bedrooms, kitchen/diner, communal lounge, bathroom, ample storage available in the attic and on-street parking - there's no residential parking zone here.

The room is furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, book shelfs, large chest of drawers & TV.

In the kitchen there is a gas oven, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer & washing machine (no tumble drier however)

There is a co-op nearby, along with the inevitable Tesco metro, a health food deli, a few pubs, a post office and a collection of food places such as the award winning Capella pizza restaurant. There is the semi overgrown Arnos vale cemetery and Brislington park nearby for getting some fresh air. Temple meads (main train station) & the bus stop for the airport shuttle is a 25 minute walk / 10 minute bus ride down the hill.

You will be sharing with me - the landlord. I'm quite chilled into the usual: travel, drama, gigs, films, cooking, festivals, reading, board games and outdoorsy things like walking & cycling.

I'm looking for more of a housemate rather than a tenant - introverted people who squirrel themselves in their room for hours on end my not be ideal although I of course respect your privacy if you want to chill.

I will take care of all the housework & recycling and provide all the cleaning products.

The deposit is £550. The rent is £450 with bills on top.
