Double room in house with garden, great location

I have an upstairsr double room available asap in my house that I co-own with my brother (who lives elsewhere in Bristol). I’m open to someone who wants a short term rent, full time or Monday - Friday only also good (would adjust price to align with this).

You'll be living with me and my housemate. He works out of the house M-F, leaving early and back late afternoon.

It's a blue terraced house in Totterdown, just off the Well's Road and a 15 minute walk to Temple Meads. It's also a short walk to Arnos Vale Cemetery, the Paintworks and near Victoria Park, which is a lovely way to cut through to Bedminster.

The room has a double bed with drawers underneath, wardrobe for clothes, shelves curtains, a mirror, side table

The large and light kitchen has a dining table, oven, toaster, kettle, a washing machine and tumble dryer, cutlery etc. and a view over the garden.

There is a downstairs living room going out onto a small garden - the garden that I am slowly getting it into shape. The bathroom has a bath and shower and there is separate toilet downstairs in the basement area.

I are looking for a friendly, warm, clean and tidy housemate. Happy to be social at times but are looking to have a chilled / quiet house.

I would ideally like a professional who works out of the house most days. I am vegetarian so ideally looking for a veggie/vegan to join us.

I am jeweller. yoga teacher and yoga studio assistant. And in my former life I was an academic : ) I work from home one/two days a week but try to be out at my studio in Bedminster most days. I teach some evenings and early mornings and work at the weekends too. When I am not doing any of these things I run, have recently started lifting weights which I enjoy a lot more than anticipated and I am always on the hunt for good coffee and bread (Hart's Baker, which I love, is dangerously close!).

The rent includes: council tax and Virgin Broadband.
NOT INCLUDED: Gas, Electricity, Water

(For short term stays I’d divide the rent and bills by the number of weeks stayed).
