Spacious Double Room In Quiet Totterdown

Hello,

I am looking for a new roommate to occupy the spacious double spare room in my terraced property in Totterdown.

It's a great location. Quiet and conveniently located within walking distance to the centre, Temple Meads, Victoria Park and North Street.

There's a Tesco around the corner and more importantly, four pubs on the doorstep.

Parking is free on the street, but it can be competitive in the evenings.

The room has a double bed, a rail and drawers. However, I'm very flexible with furniture, and we can talk about it in more detail at a later date, such as adding a desk etc.

There's a garden which gets some evening sun when we get some...

The property is recently refurbished, including the kitchen and bathroom.

My party days are over, but I enjoy socialising, playing sport, travelling, hiking and going to the pub.

Looking for someone with like-minded interests who preferably works in an office or on a hybrid basis.

I'd be happy to consider a short-term let or discounted rent for staying during the week.

Council Tax Band B.
All bills are included in the rent.
