Homely and friendly student house

This house has a very friendly atmosphere, where tenants are inclusive and always happy to get to know new people. There are often opportunities to bond and socialise with movie and game nights (including Mario kart and board/card games), pub trips, nights out and more - although you are not obligated to join! It is not much of a party household (we’ve had two house parties this academic year) so noise is not a problem - there is a nice balance where people like to get on with their studies (so can be quiet in the day) as well as make time for having fun and chatting. Everyone is often tidy and clean, and we have a cleaner come in every month to clean the communal areas (included in our rent).

There are many cats in the area - it is rare you look outside and there isn’t one! So it’s lovely for people missing their pets at home.

The house is a 7 bed, with 1 upstairs room available for July 2026 onwards. It is a student property. There are 3 bathrooms available. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There are 3 garden/patio areas.

Rent is £680 per month. WiFi is included. Please note ‼️that the deposit on here is NOT £0 - we paid 6 weeks worth of rent (this would be £1200).

The house is situated in Totterdown, a characterful neighbourhood in Bristol. It is a 15 minute walk from Temple Meads and near several bus stops with frequent buses into the city centre and the universities (we have both uni of Bristol and UWE students).
