Room for rent in friendly Totterdown house share

Hello,

We are currently looking for a third housemate for our 3 bed house share in Totterdown.

I'm Katie (33), a working professional who works from home twice a week, and I've lived here for 3.5 years. Also living here is Linda who is also a working professional and has been living here for a month.

We are looking for a third housemate to move in around 1 May. Rent is £540 per month (private landlord so no agency or fees) and bills around £125.

We would like someone who works a similar schedule to us (9-5) and we like to have a relaxed and peaceful home.
