My lovely housemate is sadly moving to her own place along with Stan the labrador (unfortunately the dog won't be staying). I am looking for someone to join me in a relaxed, tidy and sociable home.
I work from home for a healthcare consultancy with semi-regular travel for work. I enjoy pub quizzes, board games and a TV binge. I'm looking for a friend as well as a housemate but will respect space and down time. As I work from home I would ideally like someone who works outside the house but open to a hybrid arrangement.
The room is unfurnished, the communal spaces are also low on furniture (as most belongs to my previous housemate) so furniture welcomed! Free on street parking available.
Rent is £850 and all bills are approx £150, including council tax (band B). Deposit is 5 weeks rent.
