A well-presented room with private bathroom is available from 16 March in a welcoming home just a short distance from the village of Westbury-on-Trym. The property is conveniently located near Blaise Castle, Canford Park, and several other attractive green spaces.
You would be sharing the home with me, a friendly 43-year-old live-in landlord, and my dog, Jessie. I enjoy running, walking the dog, and socialising.
I am seeking a professional lodger who is a dog lover. Ideally, you will be of a similar age with comparable interests. A Monday-to-Friday arrangement may also be considered for the right person.
The current lodger is relocating to move in with his partner, and the room will be ready for occupancy from 16 March.
