Double room available in a 2 bed flat in westbury-on-trym.
The tenant would have their own bathroom. The bathroom includes a bath and an attached shower head.
The flat is cosy but also spacious. We have a balcony which is a great sun spot. Spacious kitchen diner.

The room would be unfurnished, the current tenant will be moving their stuff out.

We have 1 parking space but loads on on-street parking outside of the building.

The flat is located next to Westbury-On-Trym village with loads of cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops a few minutes walk. We are also less than a 10 minute walk to henleaze highstreet.

Clifton downs is about a 15 minute walk.

There is a bus stop 1 minute walk away with easy access to Bristol a centre, and about a 8 minute bus to areas including clifton and whiteladies road.

Just a bit about me, I am Katie, 28 and a midwife working in Bristol. In my freetime i perform in musical theatre, enjoy seeing friends, going to the gym and running.
I would be looking for someone to live with me who also would occasionally want to socialise but also respects esch others space.
I currently do shift work, which includes nights, weekends and bank holidays. Therefore, I would be looking for a flatmate who would be respectful of my sleep if i were working unsociable hours.

The flat aside from the room is furnished however happy to discuss about changing up the furniture.
