The house is clean and tidy in a quiet area with an upstairs bathroom and another toilet downstairs. We have a huge garden & a garage if needed.

There is a main bus route (M1) on the road opposite, less than 1 minute walk away, which takes about 20/25 minutes into the centre of Bristol.

Hengrove leisure centre is a 10 minute walk away. Asda is across the road and there’s a post office 10 minutes walk away.

There’s on street parking. Although it can be quite busy at times.

£650 pcm including all bills, £500 damage deposit.
