Double room in house, 1 housemate, bills included

Hi, I'm Ray, a live in landlord with the largest room available in a 2 bed house on the edge of Whitchurch (close to Hengrove Leisure centre).

I'm from Newcastle and lived in Bristol since 2011 and moved into this spacious new build a year and a half ago.

The bedroom on offer is the largest of the two and has a build in wardrobe as well as a rail fitted across the room, a desk and chair and double bed as well as some shelves for extra storage. You're welcome to furnish yourself or arrange the room as you like and make it your own.

I always keep the house tidy and the kitchen is spacious with a new cooker, microwave and rotisserie air fryer, washing machine and fridge freezer with plenty of room.

There is an upstairs bathroom between bedrooms with a bath tub and shower and there is also an extra toilet downstairs.

The livingroom is very cosy with a fully electric recline sofa and electric drop down cinema screen for the projector which has every chanel you can think of included (sky sports/box office/all movies/series).

There's a garden out back with side fence entry (mine is semi detached as it's the corner house). There's also a barbecue you can use if you wish.

There is no designated parking out front but there's always a space available if you drive. If not, there's a bus stop to all main routes just round the corner.

The nearest big shop is Aldi (or lidle!?) by the retail park about a 10 min walk away. I'm quite sociable but also like some time to myself as I work Monday-Friday and sometimes also on the weekend. I'm also a musician but have my own studio in the centre I rehearse in on Wednesdays.

It's a very nice new neighbourhood with mainly young families in the area and everyone's very friendly.

My current housemate is moving out mid January so the room will be available to move in on Sunday 17th Jan but possible the day before.
